Barn Conversion, Cheshire
The site is a working farm set in greenbelt land and comprises a collection of barns and out-houses arranged around a farm house.
The two main barns are largely redundant for farm use, and it is proposed that they are converted into an alternative active use to preserve the fabric of the barns and prevent further decline in their condition.
The proposal is to convert the barns to provide three new family dwellings. The existing farmyard provides an entrance approach with private rear gardens located to the rear allowing expansive views across the countryside.
