A bespoke office fitout to a fallow ground floor commercial space located within the Abito apartment building, Salford. The double height space is formed in concrete with a mezzanine deck to the entire length of the space. The fitout exposes the existing concrete structure to provide a visual marker running throughout the completed office. Cellular spaces are formed beneath the mezzanine structure whilst the upper deck provides an open plan office space. A limited palette of materials and colour tones and exposed and co-ordinated MEP create a controlled industrial aesthetic.
